CPS Principal Roundable Hosted by CPAA

Incredible, private conversation with CPS principals and candidates hosted by CPAA (aka the principals’ union) at Truman College.

Kimberly Brown was the only candidate from District 4 to attend and really listen to principals’ voices, concerns and needs. Actions speak louder than words.

Community & Movie Night at Nettelhorst

This is what our Public schools are about! Public schools build communities. Public schools build neighborhood economies that thrive. Public schools build vibrant cultures that bring together people from all walks of life. Last night at our local school which is also a magnet school, we had parents, extended family and chosen family,  local business owners and the school principal come together to enjoy a great evening together. Even in a big city like Chicago, you'll find people choose to stay and choose to go to public school because of little experiences like this happening all across our beautiful city everyday.
